Tourismusstaatssekretär Patrick Rapp: „Der Tourismus ist eine Leitökonomie in Baden-Württemberg. Mit dem
Darlehensprogramm Tourismusfinanzierung Plus stärken wird Baden-Württemberg als Reiseland insgesamt.“
Der Tilgungszuschuss wird von sechs Prozent auf zehn Prozent erhöht. „Damit wird ein deutlicher Anreiz für qualitätsverbessernde Investitionen in das Gastgewerbe gesetzt“, so Tourismusstaatssekretär Dr. Patrick Rapp. „Auch der zusätzliche Nachhaltigkeitsbonus setzt einen deutlichen Impuls, um gerade bei einer ressourcenschonenden Planung und Umsetzung der Projekte einen weiteren Anreiz zu geben“, so Rapp weiter.
Neben der Erhöhung des Tilgungszuschusses und der Einführung eines Nachhaltigkeitsbonus können ab Mai Maßnahmen zur Qualitätsverbesserung wie Inneneinrichtungen über das Programm TF Plus finanziert werden. Zudem werden besonders innovative Systeme wie zum Beispiel KI-gestützte Hard- und Softwarelösungen künftig auch über das TF Plus gefördert. Darüber hinaus wird die Investitionsquote bei Betriebsübernahmen von stillgelegten beziehungsweise von der Stilllegung bedrohten Betrieben von 50 Prozent auf 15 Prozent abgesenkt. „Mit dem Förderangebot lassen sich wichtige Investitionen anstoßen, die die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit in den baden-württembergischen Reisedestinationen steigern. Gerade innovative Systeme wie der Einsatz von KI erfordern eine solide Finanzierung. Es freut mich besonders, dass über das Darlehensprogramm TF Plus künftig auch solche Vorhaben finanziert werden können und ein zusätzlicher Anreiz geschaffen wird, in diese Systeme zu investieren“, sagte der Tourismusstaatssekretär. „Durch das Angebot der Tourismusfinanzierung Plus wird gerade für die kleinteiligen Strukturen im Gastgewerbe, häufig Familienbetriebe, ein attraktives Angebot geschaffen“, so Rapp abschließend. Die Unternehmen erhalten aus einer Hand bei ihrer Hausbank ein zinsverbilligtes Darlehen mit einem attraktiven Tilgungszuschuss.

Die TF Plus kann über die Hausbanken bei der L-Bank beantragt werden. Über das Förderprogramm können kleine und mittelständische Unternehmen (KMU entsprechend der EU-Definition) aus dem touristisch geprägten Gastgewerbe ein zinsverbilligtes Darlehen mit einem zusätzlichen Tilgungszuschuss und einem Nachhaltigkeitsbonus erhalten. Voraussetzung ist, dass der Betrieb überwiegend dem Tourismus dient. Gefördert werden Investitionsmaßnahmen in touristische Einrichtungen des Gastgewerbes. Der Tilgungszuschuss im Rahmen des Darlehensprogramms TF Plus beträgt zehn Prozent des Bruttodarlehensbetrags, maximal 200.000 Euro. Unternehmen mit einer Klimastrategie werden zusätzlich mit einem Nachhaltigkeitsbonus gefördert. Die Förderdarlehen können dabei mit einer Bürgschaft der Bürgschaftsbank oder der L-Bank kombiniert werden.
